IA Supreme Court ruled in favor of my family one time

Something just occurred to me this evening.

My dad and my uncle have been in a property dispute for the past several years with a guy over putting a roadway in to some land this other guy owns - right through the middle of a field. The local judge originally ruled against my dad and uncle. So it went all the way up to the Iowa Supreme Court, which told the county level judge who originally had the case that he needed to take another look at the case. Which helped getting the case going better for my dad and uncle. I don't know if it's all settled yet, but it looks better now for my dad and uncle than what it was before.

Thanks a lot, Iowa reich wingers. Way to fuck over the people of Iowa.
