They messed up and listed someone who shouldn't have been listed;

Meanwhile, authorities removed Ariyl F. True from the list after a call from a family member led them to discover a clerical error. True already had served her jail sentence, but due to a mistake at the Dubuque County Sheriff's Department, a warrant was incorrectly issued for her arrest. True has no outstanding warrants.

That bothers me. If you're going to put someone on a most wanted list then you should make goddamn sure that you have your facts in order.
