We won't be. But I really would like to know what happens.

2. I did not knock on doors.
I do want to point out some observations on this election three days before it happens.

We have four Mathis votes in this household. I am the only one of the us registered as an Independent the others are registered Democrats. The reason I am saying this is because I am the only one getting campaign flyer's from both sides.

Most of the Mathis campaign flyer's have been very positive and talking about the things she has done and hopes to get done. I wouldn't expect anything less from her. On the other hand the last few days the flyer's I have been getting from the Golding campaign have been a constant attack against Mathis. Very cleverly worded and an obvious smear campaign. I do not know where Golding got the money she is spending, but can pretty much assume.

A quick drive in the neighborhood and surrounding country side look ominous. If campaign signs won an election Golding would win easily. Just from my observation I see many large signs for Golding in very strategic places.

This should be an easy win for Mathis because of her recognition and people like her. Golding on the other hand should be a footnote in history. Golding has obviously received huge amounts of cash from somewhere. Honestly, I am very worried about the outcome.

3. Congrats Liz
Mathis, on the other hand, is not sure whether the marriage issue shaped the decisions of voters.

"I can't really tell if it did play a role. If anything, I hope the voters heard that I support the state constitution, and I do not support discrimination, and the state shouldn't support discrimination," said Mathis.:toast:
