Is anyone buying the new book on BTK?

I don't live in Kansas anymore and wondered if it was only being distributed in Kansas. (I guess I could check on Amazon, but thought I'd ask here first.)

3. The "Nightmare in Wichita" book? It's already on Amazon.com,

though it isn't released yet. So I'm guessing it will be available nationwide.

I saw part of a documentary on BTK the other night, and was amused at how they insisted on portraying Wichita as a small, sleepy Midwestern town. Got to perpetuate those myths about Kansas..... ;)

4. Jerry Seinfeld and Luciano Pavarotti have played Wichita, for God's sake!

It's so maddening! I moved from Wichita to PA 5 years ago and have been back twice; I always see new growth there.

sleepy midwestern town? Topeka, a small gossipy midwestern town. Geeze. Granted we are not big by big city standards but nothing like making us look unworthy of the rest of the world.

5. Is there a book on DTBK?

That person seems like they might be alot more interesting than some psycho murderer. Do I examine every pile of cow manure I see by the side of the road when I am on a walk? There are tons of much better books, not to mention threads on DU, which I currently do not have time to read.
