Annoying puff piece on Phill Kline in the KC Star today ...

It looks as if he's trying to do some damage control now, by showing his playful side. The Star has obliged him with a gag-worthy front-page article.

"Want to break the law with the attorney general?” he asked with a smile before sprinting into the street against the crossing light.

He wasn't even breathing hard when he walked into the meeting and immediately made light of his most recent controversy.

“Excuse my tardiness,” he deadpanned. “I was busy subpoenaing all your medical records.”

That Phill. He's such a card. But there was one bright spot in this otherwise irritating article...

Kline's opponents are as devoted as his supporters. At a recent Democratic Party function in Topeka, bumper stickers that read “Phill Kline is watching you” were plastered above urinals.

He looks like such a nice boy! AND he had a nice sense of humor, even about himself. He couldn't be doing anything wrong, he is just trying to protect the little girls right? :puke: I can hear it now. I want to know where I can get one of those bumper stickers.
