but I was just reading this article in the Lawrence newspaper about a conservative blogger from Edwardsville named John Altevogt. He is also a Christian talk radio host. He is the blogger who exposed Prof Mirecki's emails to the Kansas Conservative Network mailing list, which led to a barrel of problems for Mirecki.

Anyhow this article says he plays bass for Cotton Candy. I am a big blues lover. So I guess I will now no longer spend one dime to hear that band. Oh well.

4. Cotton Candy is a classic in the KC blues scene

She is an OLD lady, probably close to 80. She has been around forever, and plays at the Blues Fest every year. She is actually a pretty decent singer and always has a good band backing her.
