Puke alert to drivers on I-35 in KC - KS side

The NRA paid for a HUGE (no)Talent sign on I-35 in KANSAS. It is on the northbound lanes side, right after the SW Blvd exit, in front of the silos along the highway.

Now is the NRA a bunch of friggin idiots or do you suppose they just like wasting money?

Like me. It's a major route from the Kansas suburbs to downtown KC, Missouri. I would imagine the majority of drivers who see it do so during their morning commute. It doesn't appear to be a strategically-placed ad.
