We've gotten half a dozen phone calls from them over the last week. I finally answered it and found out they are push polling company (
http://www.venturedata.com/index.html). They were most interested in speaking to the
youngest male in each household. I lied and told them there weren't any. They offered to send me five dollars if I would answer their questions. Then she wanted my personal information to send me the money. I told her that I wanted to answer the questions first and then maybe, just maybe, I would then give her my name and address. That flustered her but she finally agreed. The questions were pretty negative on Democrats and after a couple of them I told the caller that I didn't want their money. Furthermore, I told her that she should be ashamed of herself for asking such biased questions. I asked to speak to her supervisor or at least who was paying for the calls and the woman hung up on me.
on edit: what pissed me off most was I was in the middle of making calls for MoveOn and these idiots kept calling. :grrr:
