New DNC Chairman Dean to Visit Kansas for Lawrence Rally on Friday, Feb. 25!

Newly elected DNC Chairman Howard Dean is making good on his pledge to build state parties by visiting Kansas in support of the Kansas Democratic Party. By coming to Kansas, Dean is showing his commitment to build the party everywhere at the grassroots level.

"Governor Dean is responsible for bringing many new active Democrats to our party," KDP Chairman Lawrence Gates said. "He knows how to build the Party from the grassroots up and we are thrilled he chose Kansas as the place to start."

What: Dean to Attend Rally in Support of Kansas Democratic Party
When: Friday, February 25 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm (Doors open at 4:30 pm)
Where: Liberty Hall, 644 Massachusetts St., Lawrence, KS
Admission: $5

Tickets are available from the Liberty Hall box office beginning 12 noon on Sunday February 20th.

As Chairman of the Democratic National Committee, Howard Dean has pledged to never concede a single state, a single district, or a single voter to the Republicans. He also committed to invest in state parties, take a bottom-up approach to the development of the Party's message, use cutting-edge Internet and other technologies to fundraise, organize, and communicate with our supporters while strengthening our political institutions and leadership institutes to promote our leaders and our ideas.

Damn, THAT'S refreshing! A ticket that doesn't cost two month's salary and your signature surrendering your free will - whodathunkit?

I really like the way he's getting the party fired up, but I'm going to withold ultimate judgement until I get more details of his honest-to-god, no bullshit, here's the diagram PLAN plan.
