1. Ask the person to give you examples

Of things she has done as Governor that have caused this person to reach this conclusion. Chances are that much stammering and stalling will occur followed by some type of statement about her being a democrat or some other such nonsensical answer.

Whatever you hear from this person, check it out by doing your own research.

3. Is Sebelius a Good Governor?

State Republican legislators say she's done a bad job because she doesn't do what they say. However, her actions are in the best interest of the state and the citizens. Republicans are still mad about the coal plant because they made promises to their lobbyists about that plant being built. Of course, what they don't say is that not only is the plant a polluter, most of the energy it creates will go out of state.

Republicans are also mad that the Kansas Supreme Court forced the legislature to fund education at the constitutionally-defined level. Why they blame Sebelius for that I don't know, but they do.

Sebelius is pro-choice and vetoes Republicans' extreme anti-choice bills. She also wants to expand health care coverage for Kansas kids.

Put this all together and any Republican will criticize her without foundation. It would be a good idea to get specific details about why this person thinks Sebelius is doing a bad job from this person who is talking to you.
