so I just got polled on tort reform

so I just got polled on tort reform
The Kansas Supreme Court is expected to rule that limitations on damages are unconstitutional in this case

Some physicians group or other group is then expected to put a Constitutional amendment on the ballot, restoring limitations on damages.

That was the first I had heard about this issue, and I am not sure how I feel about it.

"The Kansas State Board of Healing Arts has issued an official policy statement, based upon the District Court’s interpretation of statutes, mandating that chiropractors shall no longer advertise or represent themselves as “chiropractic physicians.”"
