Love Conquers Hate Rally Tues July 13 in Overland Park

Last April, Arizona Governor, Jan Brewer, signed into law a discriminatory and un-American law that requires police officers in Arizona to ask people for their papers based on undefined "reasonable suspicion" that they may be in the country unlawfully. This extreme law puts Arizona completely out of step with American values of fairness and equality and will lead to racial profiling and civil liberties abuse.

This law was authored by Kansas' very own Kris Kobach. Kobach is running for secretary of state in Kansas and he is bringing Sheriff Joe Arpaio from Arizona here Tuesday July 13 to help him raise money for his campaign and spread his message of hate.

Come out for a peaceful and silent vigil to let Mr. Kobach know What Happens in Arizona Stops in Arizona! Kansas and Missouri are no place for hate.
