TOPEKA | The Kansas law license of former Attorney General Phill Kline has been suspended for the fourth time.
State attorney registration records show that Kline’s license was suspended Oct. 18 after he did not pay his registration fee.
Sally Brown, the administrator of attorney registration at the Kansas Judicial Center, told The Topeka Capital-Journal Monday that Kline was one of 220 lawyers whose licenses were suspended Oct. 18.
Kline is teaching law at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va.
