Western Kentucky Men Charged with Cheating in Fishing Tournament
http://www.wave3.com/Global/story.asp?S=5086645

Two western Kentucky men have been charged with theft for using pre-caught fish to win local fishing tournaments.

...

The two men allegedly would catch fish before the tournament began, then store them in cages. When the tournaments started, the men would go to the cages, pick up the fish and present them to tournament officials.

The men used the pre-caught fish to win several thousands of dollars in prize money and a 30-thousand dollar boat.

Nesmith and Thomas each face nine counts of theft by deception, one count of attempted theft by deception and one count of complicity to commit theft by deception.
