Picking on Little Ernie
Gov. Ernie Fletcher's first ad featuring schoolyard bullies always struck me as odd.

As I wrote in a KyKurmudgeon post when the ad started airing in March, depicting Fletcher as a kid being beset by bullies reinforces his image as a Boy Governor or as a Little Orphan Ernie abandoned by his Daddy Warbucks (U.S. Sen. Mitch McConnell).
