Kentucky Congressional candidates
The filing deadline to run is near the end of this month. I want Democrats to play in all of Kentucky's 6 Congressional districts, not just a couple.

The 6th looks safe and the 3rd is being defended.

The 2nd looks promising with State Senator Boswell filed to run against Lewis.

The 4th has doctor Michael Kelley running, so we'll see.

What of the 1st and 5th? They just get free passes? Whitfield and Rogers just doing a good enough job that no Democrat dare even to run against them?

It really disgusts me to see these two get off so easily.

Hopefully SOMEONE will run. I want us to contend all across the Commonwealth this year.

in general and the damage they have done to our economy specifically. Depending on how much that tide rises, ANY Republican is susceptible to defeat. Oh yeah, and there's IRAQ!

After she dared to question Senator McConnell about the war in Iraq at her workplace and subsequently losing her job for doing so, Heather Ryan filed to take on Ed Whitfield today.
