Irregularities in the 2003 KY Gov' race? What machines used? n/t

Anybody know about any incidents of election irregularities in 2003 KY Gov race? Does anyone know what kind of machines (or other voting techniques) were used?

1. Well, every election in Kentucky is a bit irregular

but I can't recall anything that might have been questionable. Ben Chandler lost the election because of Paul Patton, our ex-Republican registered as a Democrat governor. The fastest way to lose an election in Kentucky is to piss us off. We might look past a little corruption here and there, but when you go on national television and cry like a baby because you got caught in a lie, well that's a different story.

As far as voting machines go, I've only voted in two counties but I've used the same type of machine. It's electronic. You push a pad next to the candidate or issue you want to vote for then when you are done selecting you push a green button at the bottom that says "Vote".
