Prints of the painting, entitled "We Will Rise Again", will be sold for $500 and Rodrigue said all the profits will go to the Red Cross. He plans to sign as many prints as people will buy in the next year. Rodrigue's Sept.11-inspired blue dog painting netted the Red Cross $500,000.

"The blue dog is New Orleans. And the blue dog is not completely under water. The dog's head is not under water," Rodrigue said. "His body is, but his head isn't. He's reaching out for hope."

Rodrigue is in the process of transferring his entire operation to Lafayette, including all 10 employees.
