Listen to the rhetoric about the people will vote if a budget increase is needed.The fact is you will never vote if you have a 2/3 majority needed to send it to the people.(at least rarely)
Also listen to the flip by becker. which is: baldacci and his crew has in creased spending by
1 billion dollars in 10 years. the flip: no it's not a cut,in fact it allows a 200 million dollar increase per year or 1 billion in five years. duh
