The latest polls have the Repubs "surging" in the major Maine races. What is up with that?

1. I wouldn't trust that polling firm as far as I can throw it...

..based on past performance, and its work providing candidates with internal polling at the same time it's doing public polling isn't particularly kosher.

but tell me that Pingree and Mauchaud are okay!!! Those are two seats that DO NOT have to be lost. Unfortunately, I probably can guess that LePage is surging. We are going to divide up our vote and let that cretin walk in.

Michaud still in the lead by a couple of points and Chellie in statistical dead heat w/Scontras. I hope they both make it through this!
