you mistakenly thought the fall election gave you a right to impose any whim you thought of! well just so you know that many who voted your way think they were suckered ,is putting it mildly!many didn't realize how much out of state pundits were contributing to your effort!here is but one example on the opinion pages of many maine newspapers! Republicans were elected to positions of responsibility in Maine and other states last November in a wave of discontent — though it can be tricky figuring out exactly what discontent means, politically.
"But trying to overturn the bottle bill and retain hazardous chemicals in baby bottles is assuredly not what the voters were looking for. Aside from the lively theater such proposals provoke, there’s a serious point for the new majority to consider.
Paul LePage has four years to get things straight in terms of his own proposals for change. GOP legislators have a much shorter time. If they can’t show better discipline and greater focus than they have so far, they run the risk of splitting their own ranks and frittering away their opportunities." As you can see we are quite capable of making the "rude dude" backtrack! lets just remind you of his new stance on the tax relief of the millenockett mill deal! which is a step in the right direction! you can take this to the bank!
