LOOKING MORE LIKE THE 50'S EVERY DAY |
|
The decision by judge woodcock was no surprise;you see back in the fifties when our rivers were so polluted that the paint was peeling off the houses in the mill towns;fish kills were every summer in the rivers;in the small mill towns if your families weren't hard core right your chance for a decent job was nil -to none!(most of us moved, went in the service or worked seasonal jobs)sound familar! the labor force was held at bay with financial and hidden force! If you were a businessman's son you could cut down the xmas tree in the town square and get an hour a week watering the newly planted one;or the poor man's son and get two years in south portland boys school! Well if your not aware you are seeing a class shift that will set this state back 60 years! thank god my kids and grandkids are already looking to leave if it gets any worse!
