Poised to launch progressive People's Vetoes against new RePUKE laws in Maine.

A coalition including the Maine People's Alliance, I believe according to emails, is on the brink of announcing People's Veto against the RePUKE right wing insurancecompanycare bill and the kill-same-day-voter-registration bills. AWESOME. It will send a resounding blow to the Maine right wing and will define the issues bigtime. But get ready for a hell of a fight from the RePUKES with their corporate cash. We will need all Maine progressives to help gather signatures and donate to win the veto campaigns. NEVER in Maine history have we seen such a nasty right wing power grab. It is being perpetrated by the right wing Maine Heritage Policy Center and their toadies in Augusta, chiefly LePUKE.

Well, the ballot box is the place to SMASH them back down. Come out and help, PLEASE. We can show the rest of the nation how right wing nasty power grabs will not work in places like Maine.
