update on voter registration petition

what are the ground rules on voter fraud? if the petition signatures are basically valid is their a percentage that makes the whole petition void? Can a dishonest opposition party member passing an invalid amount of signatures an void the process? I would like to know where to find the rules an regulation on this!
hmmm seems like we went through this process last fall an it won an election for the opposition side!
Can we demand an outside review by a non political entity?
I wouldn't think it would be impossible to raise 10,000 signatures in a short period of time if the electorate thought their was hanky panky going on!
hopefully it will go before the people and let them make the decision!
that is something we all can abide by!
