4. My husband is a MoCo precinct chair

but he barely has time to breathe at work.

Where in the county do you live? I'm in Derwood, Phil Andrews' county council district and Van Hollen's congressional district. I've volunteered for both of them, but am not a big fan of Doug Duncan, the county exec.

will likely be running for Congress for the open seat in the 8th district should Van Hollen run for Senate.

I promise I will get you some information on gettting involved. I've been swamped with work this week. I haven't forgotten.

campaign in 2002. There were some really great volunteers there.

What a great person. I met her on the Don Mooers campaign and we've been close ever since. Unfortunately, we're on different sides in the County exec race this year.

17. Candidates

So, folks who are for a candidate, how about letting undecideds know why you support them? A lot of us have not chosen a horse in the primaries that seem to be developing but would like to get involved early and substantively. So far, the information about the less high profile candidates is minimal, so any insights you might have would be helpful.
