3. I unintentionally crashed the event.
I was on my way to a rehearsal at the Strathmore for the chorale that I sing in.

I snagged the last parking spot, right in front of a car that had a license plate sitting on the dash that said "State Treasurer". I am walking in, when I recognize my Congressman Wynn walking right by me. Being the voyeur that I am, I soon spotted Dean, walked down the stairs and spotted Sarbanes, Van Hollen, Mfume, Schneider (?), Duncan, Wynn, and some other Dems on the little stage. I waited to hear Dean speak, and then went to the rehearsal.

Dean was good, did talk unity and claming moral values for the Democrats. Now, I just hope we can make it happen.

4. I was there, and sat in on part of the rehearsal afterwards!
The orchestra and chorale were wonderful -- and the Strathmore is amazing. It must be such a thrill to sing there!
