There's a Run on the Local Gas Station

here in Catonsville. People are blocking Rolling Road and an adjacent side street and parking lot to line up for gas. This was before 4:00 p.m. I sense panic.

1. I Think It's Because of the Rumor All Gas Stations Were Closing at 4PM

The rumor was made worse because gas stations were passing this misinformation on to their customers (I know of at least two in Silver Spring that told their customers this).

I'm normally skeptical of rumors like this, but I believed it myself after the gas station confirmed it. But Erlich has publicly denied it.

2. Sadly the panic appears to have

resulted in the gas station closing due to running out of gas. Wow.

Mr. Blitzer ( :eyes: :puke: ) had it on his show last night with air-shots. What a douche.
