This has to keep you guys happy because I'd love to see Ehrlich gone and that pompous asshole Michael Steele career finished. Both were horrible choices as Gov/Lt.Gov back in 2002 and hopefully 2006 will be a return to bluestate-itis in Maryland. Seems the republican is trailing both the democratic frontrunner and the other democratic primary candidate which is good news. If O'Malley is the nomination for governor, it should be good for both candidates since he should expect high voter turnouts from his homebase of Baltimore where he served as Mayor. And if you can get the high voter turnout in the urban areas then it will be difficult to beat the democrats with the rural republican votes. That happened in Pennsylvania with former Philly mayor Ed Rendell.
