Republicans are despicable creatures!
This is how low Republicans have to stoop in Maryland to win elections. Recruit 300 homeless people from Philadelphia and bus them to Maryland to try to trick black folks into voting for Republicans. This is so outrageous in so many ways, not the least of which is the assumption that black voters are too stupid to notice.

The next time we hear a Republican wring their hands and whine "We just don't understand why African-Americans won't vote for Republicans, the party of Lincoln," just stuff this article in their face.

Slimeballs!

1. Forgot to Mention
They were instructed to give out flyers that had black politicans endorsing Ehrlich and Steele. THIS WAS WITHOUT THE BLACK POLITICANS PERMISSION. They told the people they gave the flyers to that Ehrlich and Steele were DEMOCRATS.

The area where they handed out the trash was a highly influencial and educated part of the black community and they knew the difference, they were outraged that Ehrlich and Steele would think they believed them.

2. Please ask the Maryland Democratic Party to file a lawsuit
...over this.

Lawsuits gather evidence.

If the civil suit succeeds, maybe these con-men engaging in fraud can even be prosecuted.

3. They did it in 2002 also
and it is part of their "strategy" according to the article.

I agree that the Maryland Democratic Party should evaluate the legal aspects of it to see if there is a potential lawsuit.

4. Steele wants to head the RNC
I think the Maryland Democratic Party does need to do something to remind voters that Steele is not honest.

5. I just came to post the same article
So sad that they have to resort to these types of tactics.

6. there's actually a funny element to it
Apparently, Maryland's homeless were too smart to campaign for Steele and Erlich so they had to import them from Philly!
