6. Post-election
I think everybody's suffering from post-election slump. BTW, I don't understand why they killed the paper trail to begin with. In Illinois we insisted on a paper trail. Nor do I know why people didn't deal with the chad problem by simply cleaning the punch-card machines, which is what Illinois used to do. We never had a problem with them. The General Assembly was paid off to switch to electronic.
