Progessive Talk 1260 DC

Well, I turned on 1260 this am at 9:30 and heard the nauseating voice of Lionel instead of Stephanie Miller. First it was Randi and now Stephanie, plus Rachel's only an hour. Hmmm, do I see a trend here? So I sent a goodbye note to the station.

I'll be listening to Randi on 1500 am or 107.7 fm from now on. Stephanie will have to be on the computer.

1. They still have Thom Hartmann, Ed Schultz, and Bill Press.

Since I can't get WWRC after dark, I listen to Randi instead of Thom Hartmann, during the winter.

Stephanie AND Randi are now on another DC station, and it's on FM so you can hear them after dark.

4. I liked listening to Stephanie in the morning...

as I was going back and forth to Home Depot everyday doing my chores, etc. She is so irreverant. The 7 to 9 pm slot is the wasteland as far as I'm concerned. She's live from 9 to 12 which is what I like. But at least we have Randi again...live.

There definitely seems to be a bias against females on that station (1260).
