1. I was asleep, and I felt nothing
The dogs didn't bark. It was a total non-event. And I live in Gaithersburg.

3. I was asleep but felt SOMETHING
My husband was awake and said it sounded like a major sonic boom, while my daughter thought a tree had fallen from the house. We're in Derwood, about 4 miles from the epicenter.

4. Felt nothing here. The dogs didn't stir at all.
In fact, I didn't even hear about this until lunch time.
