we already pay all sorts of gasoline tax, and then there's another percentage to cough up - for what?
Our roads are shite!

I like they have that law that states it's not the Commonwealth's fault if your car is damaged by the roads.
It's like putting up a sign on my car that says, "I'm not responsible if I get in an accident because I have a sign here."
Such garbage...
If they pull the "it's the taxpayer's road" defense, then why can we not drive say 90 miles an hour on the highway?
