3. I know. But in this instance, Russ Feingold voted the same as Lynch.

I'm not sure WHAT Lynch's deal is.

He's against banning gay marriage, yet in favor of banning flag burning.

If I were a statistician, I might be able to make sense of Beaker's weird voting record.

But my best guess is that he just "goes with the herd," but I'm not sure which herd he follows.
