The Texans have taken it to new heights in this century!

2. let's not forget that the Dem's 91 redistricting plan was no better

Leaving aside the matter of when each plan was drawn up.... the Texas Dems drew up a redictricting plan very similar to what the GOP did... getting 70% of the seats with about 50-55% of the vote.
