Deval promises a "special guest". Last Saturday, I asked him their identity, but he was closed lipped. So far, Rep. Jim McGovern and Sec. Robert Reisch have endorsed Deval, perhaps it is one of those gentlemen, perhaps a new endorser.

Open House

Over 150 people attended our Open House at Campaign Headquarters--far more than we expected. As a result we were forced out into the parking lot of our offices. Congressman Jim Mcgovern gave a rousing address before Deval spoke to his supporters about economic issues, politics, and the strength of the campaign.

"This campaign is here to stay, right through Election Day next November. We are going to win this election because we have a cause, not just a campaign. This is not “my turn” to be governor; but it is my time, it is our time." -Deval Patrick

The highlight of the day, to me, was when Rep. McGovern said he supports Deval as he is not the kind of politician that has to determine the way the winds are blowing before he takes a position.
