He's a clear right-winger. Fox 25 is right wing, not quite as much as Foxnews(the national cable channel) but still. The lead anchorwoman, Maria something, has an anti-Clinton poster on her desk(they showed it once during a tour) and the lead political director/correspondent used to work for the Herald.

Everything about them sucks. The set, their anchors, nothing works. The BEST 10 O'clock news is WB56.

7. Fox 25 is the frickin' Calamity Channel

if some drunken teenager in Berlin N.H. drives his father's SUV through a closed video store...Fox 25 sends a crew up there to cover it...just hoping against hope for a nice bright red smear of blood on the sidewalk.
I once asked my mother to call up the Fox 25 snitchline and tell them in her best little old lady voice that an "a-bomb" had detonated in "Depot Square, Lexington at 10:15pm".
I'd drive up to the Lexington center and I swear by 10:45 they'd have a mobile unit there JUST IN CASE!

..presumably dubbed by his mentor and role-model Howie Carr, whose water he's been carrying for years. I imagine he started as a gofer at WRKO, hence "VanBoy". He'd like to be "witty and irreverent" like Howie, but he's just a sarcastic punk.
