Fellow Michigan folk, how long have we been in a Recession?

Our unemployment numbers have been number one for at least three years now. When does the unemployment line cross into a Depression.

ours is 8% right now, 25 minus 8....carry the one.............I'd say January 21, 2008 will be the first day of the Obama Depression.

3. Real Unemployment already at 11%

According to Republican economist Kevin Phillips, the real national unemployment number earlier this year was 11%, but because the government has been fudging the numbers for years we no longer get an accurate reporting.

I suspect that by this time next year our unemployment in Michigan will be around 20%.
