2. Enjoy the festival

while meandering around the area, if you see a gaggle of middle-aged guys surrounded by media cameras, that's the guys carring guns. If you want to get on television, meander toward the group. If not, then meander in some other direction.

Either way, it should be a fun time.

No thanks. They made a bad decision to allow this small group of vocal nuts to get their way.

That is not true. The state of Michigan has a pre-emption law which means local communites cannot enact their own gun laws.
