DeVos, Amway, and Believe

Thanks to Matt at MichiganLiberal for calling my attention to this great article on DeVos, Amway, and the highly-anticipated film Believe. You can find the full article here and I've included my favorite excerpt:

DeVos said the record of his family's company is "so compelling...I'm confident that's the record that will be known and accepted and understood."

Brother Doug DeVos, Alticor's current president and co-CEO, isn't so sure. Interviewed in August about how his company's image will fare during an expensive and heated statewide political campaign, he said: "I don't think we've ever had a conversation about how positive this could be; it's probably degrees of negative."
