Wow. The GOP has come a long way since their "just say no to drugs" days, haven't they?
Specifically, I'm talking about Oakland Co. Sheriff Mike Bouchard's plans to attend a rally with Kid Rock. If you've listened to Kid Rock's music you'll hear him singing about "bags of weed" "shrooms" "slapping the 'hos" or drinking "fifteen Heinekens".
Shocking that the party of "just say no" and "morality" has now turned into the party of pot smoking, shroom tripping and 'ho slapping party?
What would the moral majority think? What about Fundy DeVos? Did Bouchard clear his Kid Rock appearance with the proper authorities in his party?
Does this mean that Sheriff Bouchard will no longer prosecute Oakland Co. residents for posession or use of marijuana? Will he fire up a doobie on stage with Kid? Or will he search Kid Rock or have the K-9 dogs sniff him to see if he's carrying weed or shrooms? Will the Oakland Co. deputies follow Kid Rock's entourage to see if any of them swerve across a yellow line and thereby give them the opportunity to pull them over and start applying breathalyzer tests? If so, will their Republican status dictate that the Oakland Co. deputies will drive them home and not charge them with a crime, as they do when they catch Brooks Patterson driving drunk?
