1. Democratic Governor and House, GOP Senate
We aren't out of the woods yet.

2. Thanks. Right now in the Ohio Forum we are debating the merits (or lack of)
of the Ohio Dem Party leadership, which some of us think really dropped the ball in many state and a few federal races that might have been won.

3. Your State Had A Much Bigger Problem To Contend With
We've had 4 years of detox with Democratic Governor Jennifer Granholm, plus an economic depression since 9/11 that just keeps getting worse. DeVos was a horrible candidate, too.

Give it a little time. I'm sure that Ohio can make a clean start.

4. ...and we took back the State House this time...
...despite heavy Rethug gerrymandering. Hopefully we can get the Senate back before resdistricting in 2011.

5. Re-Districting in Michigan
Since the decision was made, (I believe by the Supreme Court), that legislatures could re-district whenever they wish, I wonder;

-What is the procedure for Michigan?

-Can the Legislature and the Governor re-district the State anytime they wish?

-Can we get the Republicans gerrymandered out by the '08 elections?
