Edited on Wed Jan-10-07 09:07 AM by SharonRB
There will be protests all over the country against *'s plan to send more troops. One will be taking place at the NE corner of Woodward and 696 (10 Mile) in Royal Oak from 5:30 to 6:30 on Thursday. Bring your own signs and dress warmly.

You can sign up at:
http://www.AmericaSaysNo.org or sign up to host an event (TrueMajorityAction and WinWithoutWar are providing all the support).

1. Across Woodward from the zoo, huh?
(I wonder if I can drag my carcass out and down there.)

2. You should be able to -- you're so close.
I'm going to try. I hope it's a bit warmer tomorrow. If I'm there, I'll be the one with the "I Have a Dream" sign showing Bush and Cheney behind bars.

3. It'll be very windy and warmer ... in the 40s with winds from the south up Woodward.
Getting free to participate is a bit more than just the 2.5 miles and involves other 'issues' ... but I'll do my best.

:hi:

6. The Royal Oak and Oak Park events are actually one and the same
It's Royal Oak, not Oak Park. They had it listed wrong on the site.
