St. Paul DUers: Come to the Muddy Pig tonight @ 6 p.m. and drown yer tears
This week's Drinking Liberally will be at The Muddy Pig on Selby and
Dale in St. Paul, 6-9 pm on Wednesday. Nick Coleman has been gracious enough to agree to try and stop by for a pint, seeing as we brought it across the river for the week.

We will be back to our regular digs at Lyle's on the 27th, and
hopefully they will have fixed the air conditioning.

St. Paulites, you have no excuse this week. We'd better see you there, or I may get stern.

1. May Minneapolis DUers come too?
Heck, I'll probably stop by anyway.

2. Of course you're welcome!
DL has regular meetings in Minneapolis. They are bringing it to St. Paul this week to see about getting another group started.

3. Damn!
I can't make it this week, and I'd love to meet Nick Coleman.

However...if the regular meeting place really is Liquor Lyle's then I could stop off on my way to choir practice in the fall! :7

4. I couldn't make it either
and I would also have liked to meet Nick Coleman...Maybe we can get him to one of our DU gatherings. - It could be DPBrown's and my big chance to get our radio show. We could convince Coleman to let us sub for him next time he's gone (joking). On the other hand, we sure couldn't do any worse than some of the subs that have been in for him the last week. (not joking about the quality of the subs)

5. You and dpbrown would be exceptionally good subs
All Nick Coleman would have to do would be to hear the two of you lobbing comments back and forth, and you'd be hired.

(You'd probably need a few hours of training in the mechanics of radio, but you're smart people.)

6. This was a good event! About 30 people
Most of them are liberal bloggers.
