They need to cancel that bloody scooter law NOW.
The damn things can't go nearly as fast as a car, the drivers of those things see fit to drive whereever on the lane they want and cause havoc for everybody else... ugh.

Somebody's going to get hurt if they get carried away. :-( (that's not a threat. I'm a good driver... but some aren't.)

1. Hey, bicycles have a right to space on the street, too.
And they're not as fast as scooters.
