Is this okay to send? Should I change anything? I get so sick to my stomach when he sends me this garbage.

Senator Kennedy,

I received another of your "prepared at tax payers expense" mailing. The two questions you ask yourself when making decisions that affect our economy (will it create more jobs and will it result it more take home pay for workers) are almost laughable considering what is going on in Minnesota due to your prior votes that have negatively affected nearly everyone in Minnesota. Your votes have hurt our sugar beet farmers, the elderly, college bound kids, schools, just to name a few. You probably know many others who you dumped in the garbage for selfish reasons.

And regarding your tax relief (?), for your information I can't afford any more tax relief.

Regarding your feeling it necessary to hold the line on spending due to our enormous budget deficit, raise taxes on the wealthy. It is the decent thing to do, oh... since I have never witnessed you do the decent thing I guess that won't happen.

Basically I want to know how you dare send "at tax payers expense" mailings such as this one that doesn't come near to telling the truth regarding your work in congress. How sad that you have the power to make life better for so many people, to basically save their lives, and you use it for greed. Not respect, or principle, or even to feel good about yourself and your time on earth, but simply greed.

1. Send it

Just some grammatical corrections:

Third paragraph, semicolon after "do" instead of a comma (though I doubt the Kennedy minion who reads this will know the difference.)

Taxpayer is one usually written as one word (though I confess I don't know if tax payer is incorrect) and where it says taxpayers' expense there should be an apostrophe after the s as it is a possessive.

Capitalize Congress in the first sentence of the last paragraph.

3. One more suggestion.

Instead of "Senator Kennedy" you might want to go with "Hey Asshat." Oh wait. Sorry. That's just how I would address him before I proceeded to flame the crap out of him. The overall tone of your letter is rather polite so nevermind. ;)
