5. It will take either a 2 person race or IRV

Or at least changes in state election law so that if
1) a candidate is endorsed by 2 parties (like Tinklenberg was) it can say so on the ballot and

2) a political party gets some say about who files using its name in the general election. The guy who filed as the Independence party candidate, wasn't.
