'Coleman Rests His Case'

An email I received today from the Al Franken campaign:

Norm Coleman's lawyers have rested their case in his lawsuit to overturn our victory in the Minnesota Senate race.

Now it's our turn, but even before we begin, we know one thing: the Coleman campaign didn't present a winning case. In fact, we picked up 33 net votes during Coleman's case! We'll pick up more when we present ours.

But that doesn't mean our work is done.

Coleman's legal team has made it clear that if they don't get this court to overturn our victory, they'll appeal until they find one that will.
