Normie's team is now implying dirty tricks in the security breech of his donor base
This happened back in January and people are just now hearing about it through Wikileaks. Of course, it was not the fault of anyone on Norman's campaign. Though, I would like to know who is liable for not letting the affected people know about this sooner. I thought the law required that people who had had the security of their personal information breeched were to be notified immediately.

2. Boy, so sad all these bad things just happen to Normie
Through absolutely no fault of his own or his staff or Laurie or Nasser K or...

It's probably those Bad Franken People (like the ones who Didn't Vote for Norman!). The horror.

I'll wait for the Typical Republican Apology: "I'm sorry you were offended by <fill in the blank>." In this case, it will be: "I'm sorry you were offended that I posted your personal information, including your credit card info, online and that your identity was stolen and all that."

3. This story is cracking my shit right up. Esp. about the IT person who basically walked around on
Norm's site and was like, "Who set this shit up?" She was on MPR this afternoon; hilar.

4. Last night I heard someone on AM950 say that they were
storing the 3 digit security code on the back of the card - apparently that is illegal.

5. If anyone still thought that Norm Coleman had a shred of decency left...
...this should dispel that notion. Norm is as bad as his butt-buddy Bush when it comes to taking responsibility for his actions. Or inactions. It's always somebody else's fault, or they're all out to get poor Norm. When is Norm going to run out of boogymen to blame his faults on? At least his office should be well-fumigated by the time Al Franken takes up occupancy in it.

6. Evidence is mounting that the Coleman campaign broke laws and is lying
Nobody's buying Norm's account of this matter. Something can't be stolen when you've given it away, Norm.

At least three agencies are investigating whether someone stole donors' credit card numbers from the campaign of former U.S. Sen. Norm Coleman. And the state attorney general has been asked to look into whether the campaign broke any laws.

The campaign clammed up Friday, citing the inquiries, as criticism continued. A local law professor says he believes the campaign "clearly" broke two state laws, and a nationally recognized cyber-security guru called part of the campaign's explanation "idiotic" and straining belief.

Earlier this week, a campaign attorney said he believed the campaign broke no laws, and Coleman cast himself as a victim of data theft.

The data was exposed to anyone with an Internet search engine for part of Jan. 28.
