2. The sad thing is, the DFL and the national Democratic party

needs Republicans like Bachmann. She makes right leaning DINOs like Klobuchar and Colin Peterson look good.

Amy is flirting with the Blue Dogs which will turn off the Farmer-Labor wing of the DFL, but if Bachmann is her opponent she may keep the left from defecting to a third party.

While Bachmann is apparently safe in the 6th :crazy: , her shtick will not work in greater Minnesota. While other parts of the state are open to vote for Republicans, sanity rears its head to keep her out of the running. Klobuchar will wipe the floor with Bachmann in that matchup.

6. And Klobuchar, all other politicians, will spend the next 6 years

laboring under the delusion that people voted FOR her, not just against her opponent. Once again, we wind up screwed by the lesser of evils.
